- Handle inbound sales calls and customer inquiries
- Provide accurate product information and exceptional service
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Manage customer data and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide insights on market trends
- Offer general system and support assistance as needed
- Inbound Sales (soft-sales approach)
- Client liaison & customer engagement
- Data management & reporting
- Performance-driven execution
- Minimum 1 year contact centre experience in sales and customer service
- Matric / Grade 12
- No criminal record
- Target-driven mindset
- Outbound calling experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
