Job Title: Contractor Ops - Support Associate

Role Overview:
The Contractor Support Associate is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contractors, ensuring compliance, accurate timesheet processing, and ensuring positive contractor experience. This role works closely with Operations, Sales and Accounts teams to maintain efficient processes and provide timely support.
Key Responsibilities:
Contractor Lifecycle Management: Onboard, offboard, and support contractors, ensuring data accuracy and compliance throughout their assignments.
Timesheet & Payroll Support: Validate submissions, resolve queries, and liaise with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Utilisation Check-ins: Conduct regular utilisation reviews with contractors to assess low utilisation and identify any risks revenue performance.
Contractor Engagement: Conduct welcome calls, check-ins during assignments, and 8-week post-contract follow-ups to monitor activity, satisfaction, and redeployment potential.
8 Week Post-Exit Checks: Complete structured post-exit follow-ups at the 8- week mark to assess contractor outcomes, potential backdoor deal, and protect revenue.
Contractor Support Helpdesk: Manage the contractor support inbox, respond to queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely, accurate, and helpful communication across all support channels.
Reporting & Data Management: Generating regular reports on contractor activity, utilization, and SLA adherence.
Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for workflow, automation, and documentation improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
