Ordian Capital, a comprehensive investment solutions company, loacted in the Vineyards Office Park, Jip de Jager, Bellville, is looking for an Administrative Assistant with excellent multitasking and organisational skills to join their team.
The incumbent will have high attention to detail and the capability to manage confidential information.
Responsibilities also include (but are not limited to): *Management of daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, filing, and supporting executive staff *Managing correspondence *Improving clerical workflows *Esuring smooth office operations through effective communication and organizational support *All other admin tasks associated with the position.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric required;
• Prior administrative experience in wealth management / asset management preferred;
• Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance;
• Good computer literacy (MS Office);
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English).
Commencement date: January / February 2026
