How you'll role

As the Warehouse Supervisor you'll manage and optimize space and resources in alignment with business goals. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and inventory management while maintaining strict adherence to quality and compliance standards. You will be the crucial link between warehouse activities and client expectations, helping to drive efficiency and productivity in a high-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Plan and manage warehouse space and resources efficiently

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of goods

• Develop systems for receipt and dispatch management

• Complete stock rotation and stock audits as required

• Maintain inventory control in collaboration with various departments

• Liaise with customers regarding goods status

• Maximize space utilization and meet targets

• Ensure compliance with warehouse standards, including record-keeping and PPE requirements

• Work with Quality Assurance teams to follow processes accurately

• Submit monthly reports including forecasting and budgeting

• Manage pallet supply and execute daily returns

• Ensure end-to-end quality and compliance of all warehouse operations, including raw material intake, product handling, and dispatch, to maintain food safety and support high-value inventory turnover
