We’re looking for a detail-driven Quality Data Specialist to manage and maintain all product, analytical, and compliance data across our ERP (SAGE), QMS, LIMS, and client/retailer portals.

- Grade 12 required; Diploma/Degree in Information Systems, Quality, Data Science, or Food Technology preferred.
- 3–5 years in data management, master data, LIMS/ERP/QMS, or spec control (food/bev advantageous).
- Experience with SAGE/SAP, LIMS, portals, or spec systems
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage master product specifications and maintain version-controlled documentation.
- Update client and retailer portals with specs, certificates, and declarations.
- Oversee LIMS administration, ensuring all lab results are correctly linked to work orders.
- Ensure data accuracy and alignment across ERP, QMS, LIMS, and portals.
- Handle change control for SKUs, specs, templates, and analytical targets.
- Generate weekly/monthly KPI reports, dashboards, COAs, and data insights.
- Support continuous improvement by enhancing digital workflows and automation.
- Maintain a clean, compliant, and audit-ready work environment.
