- Qualification in Business Management/Finance/Economics or related field
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- 1–3 years of project coordination or process improvement experience.
- Experience with Power BI, Visio, or other reporting/mapping tools (advantageous).
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Commodity trading exposure is a plus, not a must.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of process improvement initiatives across departments.
- Gather and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Document workflows, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Track and report on project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Help facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team meetings.
- Monitor adoption and compliance of new processes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and other project materials.
- Work closely with IT, Finance, Operations, and other teams to ensure solutions are practical and scalable.
