We’re looking for a highly organised and analytical Continuous Improvement Analyst to help drive efficiency and consistency across our global business processes

Minimum Requirements:

1. Qualification in Business Management/Finance/Economics or related field
2. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
3. 1–3 years of project coordination or process improvement experience.
4. Experience with Power BI, Visio, or other reporting/mapping tools (advantageous).
5. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
6. Commodity trading exposure is a plus, not a must.

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support planning and execution of process improvement initiatives across departments.
• Gather and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document workflows, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Track and report on project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Help facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team meetings.
• Monitor adoption and compliance of new processes.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and other project materials.
• Work closely with IT, Finance, Operations, and other teams to ensure solutions are practical and scalable.
