Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking to employ a senior bookkeeper to join their dynamic group in Greenstone Edenvale

Minimum requirements:

Minimum Matric or relevant NQF qualification
Bookkeeping qualification
Minimum 4-6 years experience in a senior bookkeeper position essential
Strong technical accounting skills and experience in preparing management accounts
Proficient in MS Office and Accounting software
Strong analytical and reporting ability
High level of accuracy, reliability, and integrity
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Maintain full management accounts
Handle statutory returns and compliance submissions
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
Oversee daily financial operations, including customer and supplier reconciliations
Compile financial reports and provide insights to management
Support process improvements within the finance department
