A reputable, well established company based in Pomona requires a Key account coordinator-internal sales representative

DUTIES:

• Achieve set monthly turnover and margin budgets. 
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts. (50 key accounts NB and 150 normal clients)
• Accurate order processing
• Liaise and assist with technical info/alternatives if no stock available and expected delivery of orders
• Manage customer expectations
• Assist with and resolve customer complaints
• Proactively identify and engage with new customers through cold calling, lead generation, and market research
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders in the CRM system
• Assist the accounts department with queries
• Reactivate lost or dormant accounts by building strong relationships and understanding client needs
