A large industrial manufacturing operation is seeking an accomplished Mill Manager to lead the Utilities & Services division, overseeing Energy, Chemical & Recovery, and central services operations.

This is a key leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a high-performance manufacturing environment, excels at people leadership, and can drive long-term operational improvement across a complex, 24/7 plant.

What You’ll Lead

✔ Full operational responsibility for Utilities & Services
✔ Leadership of Production Managers, Process Engineers & technical teams
✔ Performance optimisation across Energy, Chemical & Recovery
✔ Execution of 1–5 year strategies and improvement plans
✔ Budgeting, cost control & capital project planning
✔ Safety excellence, compliance & world-class housekeeping
✔ Stakeholder and supplier relationship management
✔ Continuous improvement, reporting accuracy & systems integration

What We’re Looking For

• BSc Engineering / BTech Pulp & Paper / BTech Engineering
• 10+ years in a heavy manufacturing/production environment
• 5+ years managerial experience
• Strong background in Energy or Chemical/Recovery operations
• Proven experience leading technical teams
• Strong operational, analytical and people-leadership capability
