Administrative Officer
Our client
is seeking a professional, organised, and self-driven
Administrative Officer
to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate works independently, communicates professionally, and enjoys juggling varied administrative, operational, and light finance tasks.
Location:
On-site, office based in Pretoria.
Type:
Full-time
Salary offered: Roughly R15 000 CTC per month (dependent on experience)
What you’ll do
•
Inbound & Records:
Receive raw materials, packaging, and related items; capture receipts accurately in the
food safety management system (FSMS)
and internal trackers.
•
Stock Control (Retail):
Monitor on-site retail inventory; reconcile counts and resolve variances.
•
Finance Admin:
Capture supplier invoices; generate retail invoices; assist with reconciliations, resolve invoice queries, process credits, returns, and stock replacements.
•
Front Office:
Manage reception, welcome visitors, and maintain sign-in/FSMS compliance records.
•
Office Ops:
Handle general office duties and purchasing; keep supplies and documentation organised.
•
Communication:
Draft letters and manage day-to-day admin correspondence.
•
Sales Support:
Assist retail representatives with admin tasks and sourcing of marketing materials.
•
FSMS Support:
Prepare documentation for new raw materials; maintain up-to-date FSMS records.
•
Basic HR Admin:
Provide entry-level HR administrative assistance as required.

Candidate Requirements
What you’ll bring• Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to solve problems independently and manage priorities without close supervision.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with
FSMS
and/or
inventory management systems
(advantageous).
• Fully literate with strong reading and writing ability.
•
Own reliable transport.
•
