A reputable manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager with strong mechanical knowledge and extensive production experience to oversee maintenance operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe machinery function.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

• Implement and monitor maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.

• Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and operational standards across all maintenance activities.

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff, fostering discipline, efficiency, and accountability.

• Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly to avoid production delays.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machinery performance.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize workflow and machinery use.

• Source and manage spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in production and maintenance of mechanical machinery.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and production processes.

• Highly disciplined, honest, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Proven track record of reliability with no history of retrenchments.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
