Our International Client based in Sandton is looking for a Sales RepBasic Salary: R20 - R25 000 based on Experience

Minimum requirements:

Conduct high-quality consultations with prospective clients.
Drive monthly conversion targets while ensuring a premium experience is maintained.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients throughout the decision-making process.
Ensure timely follow-ups, clear communication, and consistent service delivery. Before & after sale.
Lead by example through punctuality, professionalism, and initiative to junior team members.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales team.
Qualifications & Skills
3- 5+ years in sales, luxury services or goods.
Team coaching and support.
Proven ability to close high-value deals and exceed performance targets.
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly.
Professional communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
Experience using CRM, and Microsoft Office more than basic or beginner levels.
High attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
Well presented and professional
