Role Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ industry sales experience, including at least 3 years in the agricultural supply chain.
• Strong technical understanding of:
– Web and mobile applications
– Handheld scanners with RFID/barcode functionality
– BTLE devices
– Fixed RFID readers/antennas
– IoT instruments
– GPS tracking devices
– Factory/packhouse integration equipment

• Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong proposal writing and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated, competitive, confident, and persuasive.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

• Skilled negotiator with the ability to close deals efficiently.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and BRM tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
