Duties:

• Provide technical support to clients and sales teams on the selection, application, and performance of filtration consumables and capital equipment
• Conduct site visits, process audits, and trials to assess system performance and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with Project Houses, Mining Houses, and the company during design, commissioning, and implementation phases
• Prepare technical documentation, including proposals, process flow diagrams, and performance reports
• Manage key client relationships, ensuring technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth
