We are looking for a highly disciplined and performance-driven Backend Manager / Sales Team Lead to take ownership of our internal operations, lead our sales & messaging department, and ensure consistent growth in conversions, customer satisfaction, and team efficiency.
You will manage the entire backend workflow of our creators, lead a team of messaging specialists, optimize sales processes, and maintain the highest standards in service delivery. The ideal candidate is structured, takes full responsibility, and thrives in a performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of Messaging Specialists (Chatters).
- Ensure daily KPIs are met: conversion %, response time, retention, upsells.
- Provide constant feedback, coaching, and performance tracking.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and alignment with company standards.
2. Sales Management
- Oversee and optimize the full DM sales funnel.
- Develop scripts, frameworks, and conversion strategies.
- Ensure leads are followed up quickly and consistently.
- Analyze customer objections and improve closing systems.
3. Operational Management
- Oversee backend operations for assigned creators/accounts.
- Ensure smooth daily workflows across the entire operation.
- Maintain communication with Marketing Managers and the Model success team.
- Ensure all systems, tools, and processes are followed correctly.
4. Quality Control
- Review chat quality, tone, speed, and script consistency.
- Identify mistakes and enforce corrections immediately.
- Ensure no boundaries are crossed and all communication stays professional.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs across the backend team.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose/implement solutions fast.
- Report performance updates directly to the founder/management.
6. Systems & SOP Management
- Improve operational SOPs, workflows, and internal automations.
- Implement optimizations to maximize conversions and reduce inefficiencies.
- Ensure documentation and processes are always up to date.

- Sales: 1 to 2 years
- Sales Lead: 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
Hard Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, team leading, copywriting, operations, or customer conversion roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent English (native-level)
- High discipline, structure, and ownership mentality.
- Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and fix them quickly.
- Fast, stable internet and reliable working equipment.
Preferred
- Experience managing remote teams.
- Background in high-volume messaging, CRM systems, or online sales.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results consistently
