Candidate Requirements

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial, beverage, or FMCG sectors
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Forklift experience advantageous
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Ability to analyze sales data and track performance against targets

Qualifications:

Matric or equivalent
Previous sales experience in industrial, beverage, or FMCG sectors preferred

Sales strategy, forecasting, and negotiation
Communication and presentation skills
Network development
CRM and sales reporting software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, SAP Sales)
