RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established firm in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Professional Construction Project Manager to join their team and lead major construction and infrastructure projects.  The duration of the contract will be 24 months.  

Requirements:

• NQF 7 or higher qualification in the Built Environment (Construction Management, Civil, QS, Architectural)
• Pr CPM registration with SACPCMP
• Minimum 10 years’ post-registration experience managing construction projects
• Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of MS Projects and/or Primavera
• Strong understanding of PMBOK, project management knowledge areas, and infrastructure-related legislation
• Solid knowledge of JBCC, NEC, GCC and other relevant building contracts
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working within government systems and processes (national and provincial) advantageous.
