We are an international remote team managing exciting digital platforms. Our focus is on community building, customer retention, and digital sales. To expand our team, we are looking for motivated Chat Representatives who want to grow with us.
Your responsibilities:
- Engage in written communication with new and existing customers on digital platforms
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Support customers with a sales-driven approach and upselling
- Work independently while following clear processes and guidelines
Candidate Requirements
Your profile:
- Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communicator, reliable, and motivated
- Flexible with working hours (part-time or full-time)
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or social media is an advantage but not required
