• Computer literate (essential).
• Xero Accounting knowledge (advantageous but not essential).
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge or willingness to learn (advantageous but not essential).Basic payroll knowledge or willingness to learn (advantageous but not essential).
• Must reside in Pretoria.
• Must be committed to long-term employment.
• Portuguese Language comprehension required; speaking fluency optional(essential).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a structured environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive, willing-to-learn attitude.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
• Support the preparation and processing of payroll.
• Capture invoices, receipts, and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
• Assist with general accounts administration.
• Support senior staff with month-end tasks and reconciliations.
• Handle filing, data entry, and document management.
• Provide administrative support where needed.
