Our client, a well-established lodge in the heart of the hospitality industry, is seeking a Junior Front of House / Lodge Anchor to join their dynamic team

Minimum requirements:

Matric plus a relevant Hospitality qualification
1 - 2 Years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations / Lodge Anchor role
Basic computer literacy
Knowledge of hospitality booking systems (advantageous)
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and host guests with warmth and professionalism
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest queries
Coordinate daily lodge operations and ensure smooth front-of-house service
Maintain excellent guest relationships and manage feedback
Support management with administrative tasks, stock control and reporting
Assist in coordinating activities, transfers, and guest experiences
