A leading heavy manufacturing company based in Gauteng is seeking an experienced and trade-qualified Workshop Foreman to oversee daily operations within its busy production and maintenance workshop.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a team of skilled artisans and apprentices, ensuring that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a technically strong individual with solid experience in heavy industry, metal fabrication, or equipment manufacturing environments

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Trade Tested Millwright/fitter
National Diploma Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Production Management Diploma
At least 8 years’ experience in an automotive/heavy manufacturing environment
With 5 years’ experience in a management role
Candidate MUST have Master CAD/CAM experience
