A well-established company in the construction materials sector is looking for a proactive and organised Junior Order/Planner Administrator to join their team. This position is based at a readymix plant situated just outside Durbanville.Â You will report directly to the Senior Orders Administrator and work closely with customers and sales representatives on a daily basis. This role requires someone who can stay calm under pressure, think on their feet, and manage a fast-paced workflow.

Receive and process orders telephonically and via email
Plan and coordinate the daily order book under pressure
Communicate professionally with customers and representatives
Assist with general administrative and planning duties as required

Matric
Computer literate
Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written & verbal)
Excellent communication skills
Well-organised and adaptable
Own reliable transport is essential
Willingness to work overtime and some Saturdays when required
Strong work ethic and sober habits
Experience in a related industry will be advantageous
