Key Responsibilities

· System administration including security, user management, and maintenance of master data

· Change management and facilitation between business users, vendors, and IT teams

· Process mapping and reengineering support

· Creation and maintenance of SOPs and procedural documentation

· User training and ongoing support

· Assistance with ERP-related project implementations

· Support with implementation and review of ERP controls, user permissions, and access management

· Development of technical support documentation for systems and application

· Support the development and administration of online sales channels and e-commerce operations

· Management & reporting of production output data

Candidate Requirements

Education

· A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, finance, economics, information technology

Skills

· Strong written & verbal communication skills

· Report writing & documentation skills

· Problem solving & analytical thinking

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Office suite

· Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly

· Data analytics (SQL beneficial but not required)

Required Experience

· 1-2 years' professional experience in a business, finance, or IT role

Preferred Experience

· Prior ERP experience (manufacturing industry beneficial)

· Finance or accounting background

· Business Process Management (BPM)

· Risk & controls experience

· Costing in a manufacturing environment

Exposure to SQL or data analytics
