How you'll role

The Regional Sales Manager will focus on expanding the company's footprint in the African mining markets. This pivotal role involves extensive travel throughout Africa, requiring a commercially astute professional to drive sales, foster robust customer relationships, and navigate diverse territories. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the mining or industrial sectors, capable of developing regional sales strategies and representing our brand at key industry events.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow sales across assigned African countries, particularly in the mining industry

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with business goals

• Conduct regular in-country client visits to nurture relationships and secure new business

• Identify and onboard distributors, agents, and high-value mining clients

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance market penetration

• Prepare detailed weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts

• Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and mining conferences

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and support order fulfillment

• Provide product training and demonstrations to clients and distributors
