How you'll role
This role involves spearheading sales and business development efforts (Namibian market), building and maintaining robust customer relationships, and overseeing the operational and administrative functions of the branch. The successful candidate will lead a team to achieve strategic goals in the bearing and industrial components sector, leveraging their strong technical and interpersonal skills to drive success.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in various industrial sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Promote and sell the company's full range of products and services offerings
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitor activities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service
- Provide technical product advice and application support in collaboration with product managers
- Manage daily branch operations, including inventory management and logistics coordination
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and support team to achieve targets and goals
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a results-driven culture
Required Skills
- Key Account Management: 5 to 6 years
- Crm Software: 4 to 5 years
- Industrial Sales : 5 to 6 years
Candidate Requirements
What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in bearings and power transmission products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
- Strong understanding of industrial markets, applications, and supply chains
- Strong technical understanding of bearings, seals, lubrication, and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in CRM systems, WMS software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent B2B sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Results-driven and customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
