Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

·        Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex, full-lifecycle D365 implementation projects from initiation through successful go-live and handover.

·        Planning & Control: Develop, manage, and rigorously control comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

·        Governance & Risk: Oversee robust governance structures, manage scope changes effectively, and proactively identify and implement risk mitigation strategies.

·        Methodology: Drive the project using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies best suited for the D365 program.

·        Stakeholder Management: Ensure high-level stakeholder alignment, manage expectations, and prepare clear, concise executive-level reporting on project performance.

·        Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between business sponsors, in-house technical teams, and external vendor partners.

·        Best Practice: Champion adherence to organizational strategy and Microsoft D365 implementation best practices.

Essential Requirements:

·        D365 Implementation (MANDATORY): Proven, hands-on experience managing full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (e.g., Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or Business Central).

·        Experience: 7+ years of dedicated Project Management experience, specifically managing large, complex IT and systems integration projects in an enterprise environment.

·        Leadership: Exceptional leadership, communication, and highly developed stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Attributes:

·        Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certifications are highly advantageous.

·        Industry Knowledge: Experience working within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
