This is an 8 - month contract, with a client in Johannesburg, the working model is hybrid.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, map business processes, and support the successful delivery of D365 solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring that business needs are aligned with D365 capabilities and best practices.

Required Skills

Business Analysis: 5 to 6 years
D365: 3 to 4 years

Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
Facilitate workshops with users and stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications
Support D365 configuration, testing, and deployment
Identify gaps and recommend process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery
Provide end-user support and assist with training when required

Skills & Experience Required:
Microsoft D365 implementation experience (Essential)
Strong business process mapping and analysis capability
Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
Experience in Agile environments is beneficial
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
