About the Role

Join our professional fundraising team based in Australia, representing leading Australian and New Zealand based charities. This is a sales-based phone role, not customer service or admin. You’ll be engaging with everyday Australians, inspiring them to commit to regular donations that change lives. Every call has meaning, every “yes” makes a difference.

We expect focus, resilience, and hunger to hit and exceed KPIs. In return, you’ll join a team that celebrates results, rewards performance, and values personal growth.

Full training and on-going coaching provided. Additional bonuses paid for exceeding target expectations.

You are expected to conduct and produce the following;

• Approximately minimum of 3 sales per day
• 45 - 60 Phone calls per day (Yes/No)
• Average of 6.5 contacts per hour
• Quality and effective calls
