Join our world-class wellness team in one of Cape Town’s most scenic destinations!A luxurious 5-star hotel and spa in Simonstown is seeking a professional, passionate, and well-presented Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold our high standards of service and care.Key Responsibilities:- Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies.- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within all treatment and guest areas.- Provide personalized service and product recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction.- Manage treatment schedules efficiently and ensure punctuality.- Promote spa services and retail products to achieve sales targets.- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed.- Support the Spa Manager with daily operations and guest requests.

Minimum Requirements:

- Recognised Beauty Therapy / Spa qualification (e.g., ITEC, CIDESCO, SAAHSP or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury spa or 5-star hotel environment.
- Excellent knowledge of massage, skincare, and body therapy techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance with a passion for wellness and hospitality.
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
