Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Lead, coach, and inspire a small showroom team
• Oversee operations, admin, and showroom presentation
• Build relationships with clients and uphold a premium brand image

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in a retail or décor environment
• 3+ years’ management experience
• Strong leadership, admin, and people skills
• Passion for interiors and an eye for style
