Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

•        Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (Master’s degree advantageous)

•        Current registration as a Professional Nurse (NP or equivalent)

•        Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse within a clinical setting

•        Proven supervisory or leadership experience

•        Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•        Ability to prioritise, multitask and respond effectively to clinical demands

•        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications
