Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

•        Degree or Diploma in Nursing

•        Theatre-related post-basic qualification (essential)

•        Solid background in theatre nursing with adequate exposure to orthopaedic procedures

•        Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities

•        Working knowledge of labour legislation, financial processes, and supply-chain principles

•        Understanding of private healthcare sector dynamics and operational challenges

•        Computer proficiency

•        Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required

•        Current SANC registration
