Junior Property Billing Officer/Billing Administrator – Stellenbosch

Must preferably be available immediately!

Salary: Market Related per month, depending on experience

Our client, a Commercial & Residential Property Developments company, seeks a Billing Officer to join their dynamic team, who can start Immediately or as soon as possible at their offices in Stellenbosch.

Must live in or around the Stellenbosch Area.

Job Purpose:

As a Billing Officer, you will be responsible for managing the full billing lifecycle—from invoice generation to payment reconciliation.

Requirements:

Grade 12 with good marks in maths and accounting

Knowledge of Accounting software programs (MDA, Pastel, Xero)

MS Office - Excel knowledge

Valid License and Own transport

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Monitoring new and vacating tenants across our Property Portfolio

Billing detail analysis & reviews which include:

o             Confirming that all recoveries are recorded

o             Ensuring the accuracy of the invoicing

o             Resolving discrepancies and complex billing queries

Monitoring the billing progress

o             Ensure that the billing is on track and follow up on progress
