Seeking a motivated Business Systems Engineer to join a fast-growing startup in the agriculture sector. You will analyze, design, and implement business systems, collaborating with engineers, business stakeholders, and data scientists to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve system problems and support decision-making using appropriate tools
• Plan, develop, and implement new systems to enhance processes
• Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure project goals are met
• Design and implement system integrations across platforms
• Translate data into reports and visuals to support data-driven decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, UX/Graphic Design, BSc Science, or related field
• Understanding of system design and development (coursework or internships acceptable)
• Familiarity with Mendix, Excel, Power BI is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts and business operations is advantageous
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enjoy working in nature/agricultural environments
