Seeking a skilled QA Tester with both manual and automation testing expertise to join the Johannesburg-based team. The successful candidate will ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of software solutions by executing rigorous testing protocols, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases for both manual and automated testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Perform regression, functional, performance, and integration testing.
• Support test automation initiatives using industry-standard tools.
• Maintain detailed testing documentation and reports.
• Participate in continuous process improvement and contribute to QA best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
• Solid knowledge of defect tracking tools and version control systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative environment.
