A well-established Window-treatment / Home Decor company is seeking a creative and hands-on Marketing Manager to strengthen its brand presence across residential, commercial, décor, and design sectors. The role combines digital marketing, content creation, and brand development, supporting the business with engaging campaigns and on-site content gathering. The ideal candidate enjoys both strategy and execution, from planning campaigns to creating video content and capturing images of completed or in-progress installations. A company car will be made available for site visits and content creation

Minimum Requirements:
Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s licence (Not negotiable)
2+ years’ marketing experience (preferably in décor, design, retail, or product-based industries)
Strong digital-marketing skills (social media management, campaigns, analytics, community management)
Proficient in content creation including video production and photography
Proficient in Canva, Adobe, Meta Business Suite or similar tools
Strong copywriting, organisational, and planning skills
Ability to collaborate closely with the sales team and support business-development initiatives

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote blinds, curtains, and motorised window-treatment solutions
Manage all social-media platforms, posting calendars, and audience engagement
Create video content, reels, short clips, and behind-the-scenes footage
Capture high-quality photographs of completed installations and work-in-progress jobs (company car available for site visits)
Design brochures, adverts, digital graphics, and other marketing collateral
Coordinate client case studies, photoshoots, and product showcases
Oversee digital campaigns, SEO, and lead-generation activities
Maintain and update website content
Support the sales team with marketing materials
Track competitor activity and industry trends
Compile marketing-performance reports and analytics insights
