Candidate Requirements
- Up to date valid driver qualification card, category D = Certificate of professional competence card (CPC card) - – to be completed when they have arrived in Ireland
- An up-to-date copy from the online CPC Driver Portal as proof that your CPC is up to date, go to www.rsa.ie, click on Professional Drivers, click on Driver CPC then click on My CPC. – to be completed when they have arrived in Ireland
- Applicants must be over 21 years old (to comply with D licence regulation).
- Applicants must be available to work shifts, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts depending on staffing requirements.
- All applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Application stage
• Category “D” driver theory test certificate – category “D” driving permit
• Successful completion of CPC case study theory test
• Two years car driving experience
Recruitment stage
• Pass written assessment stage
• Pass preliminary driving skills test and competency based interview
• Pass pre-employment medical examination
Selection stage
• Pass driver training programme
• Pass category “D” driving test and CPC practical test
• Operate shifts on a 5-day week, 5 over 7 agreed roster
This is a role based in Ireland. Successful candidates will be required to relocate.
Requirement: South African EC licence with minimum 2 years experience
