Requirements:

National Diploma / B.Tech Â (Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering Â or Process Instrumentation)
0â3 yearsâ relevant experience.
Solid understanding of PLC basics, ladder logic, instrumentation fundamentals, sensors, encoders, motors, VSDs.
Willingness to travel and get hands dirty onsite.

Responsibilities:

Draft and implement PLC logic (Phoenix Contact, Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, Omron, AB, ABB, etc.)
Develop and configure SCADA/HMI interfaces and dashboards.
Perform onsite commissioning, FAT, SAT, and system integration work.
Troubleshoot automation hardware and comms issues (I/O faults, encoder problems, comms buses, sensors, VFDs, etc.).
Interpret electrical diagrams, P&IDs, loop drawings.
Implement industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, MQTT etc.)
Ensure system compliance with safety standards and risk assessments.
Prepare documentation (functional specs, manuals, IO lists, as-builts).
