Employer: Goldman Tech Resourcing

One of the leading dairy manufacturing companies in the Western Cape is currently looking for a skilled Operations Manager to join their team. First preference will be given to candidates based in the Western Cape.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

10+ years’ experience in the Dairy/Meat/Seafood manufacturing industry in Production / Operations.
5+ years’ experience as Operations Manager.
Must have extensive experience in a very fast paced environment where perishable products are manufactured / processed (dairy/meat/seafood).
Strong planning skills.
Strong understanding of processing.
Strong leadership skills.
Experience with ERP systems.
Diploma / Degree in Operations or Production Management or related (Engineering)
