Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent is essential
At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry
Strong knowledge of supply chain regulations and compliance
Experience with fleet management and maintenance
3-5 years’ proven work experience in a management position

Proven commercial and financial acumen with excellent numerical skills

Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
ERP System, i.e., SAGE Evolution knowledge will be advantageous
