What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of reservation professionals with confidence and care

• Oversee the full reservations process — from enquiry to confirmation

• Collaborate with Sales and other departments to optimize inventory and maximize revenue

• Maintain precise records, reporting, and system management using Protel Air

• Handle VIP bookings and special requests with white-glove service

• Be the go-to person for guest communications — emails, calls, and more

• Represent your department in meetings and contribute strategic feedback

What You Bring:

• Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification

• 4+ years’ experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a luxury/5-star environment

• Solid understanding of revenue management and booking systems (Protel Air or similar)

• Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills

• Eagle-eye for detail and a guest-centric mindset

• Competency in Microsoft Office and Excel

• Willingness to work shifts, public holidays, and weekends when needed
