We’re looking for a detail-driven Lab Analyst within the beverage sector. This role plays a key part in maintaining QMS and SANAS 17025:2017 compliance and driving continuous improvement. This role would suit a graduate who wants to gain experience.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. Higher Diploma or BSc in Microbiology, Food Technology, Biotechnology or similar
3. +-1 years’ lab experience - preferred
4. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail & accurate record-keeping
5. Proficient in MS Word & Excel
6. Own transport & willingness to work flexible hours

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate chemical and micro analyses using standard methods
• Calibrate, maintain, and verify lab equipment
• Support quality investigations, problem-solving, and corrective actions
• Maintain QMS documentation and assist during audits (including SANAS)
• Manage lab stock, chemicals, consumables, and supplier feedback
• Uphold all health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards
