Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for delivering training and support to our clients and operations team on the road. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our track and trace application, excellent communication skills, and a patient and professional approach to working with diverse individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training and support to clients and operations team on the road
- Ensure precise delivery of client key bags, packages, and collection of same
- Troubleshoot problems and issues that arise while on the route
- Interact with clients in a professional and humble manner
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- Maintain accurate records and reports of training and activities
- Provide feedback and insights to the training team to improve processes and procedures
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- PSIRA certificate - Grade C
- Driver’s license Code 10 with PrDP
- CIT certificate
- Firearm Competency
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of logistics and operations processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
