Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with hospitality clients.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align client needs with service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales within the hospitality industry.
Strong network of contacts in the hospitality sector.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
