The Java / Sapiens Developer will provide technical expertise in the development, integration, and customization of the Sapiens enterprise software suite using Java technologies, primarily within the insurance or finance sector.

Key Requirements

·       Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Strong experience in Java development, including APIs, backend systems, and enterprise software integration.

·       Hands-on experience with the Sapiens enterprise software suite and its Java-based customization layers.

·       Experience in API integrations, plugin/extension development, and workflow automation.

·       Understanding of software architecture, design patterns (MVC, MVVM, SOLID), algorithms, and data structures.

·       Familiarity with relational databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle) and query optimization techniques.

·       Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·       Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
