𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Foreman in residential/construction developments.
✅ Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and site management.
✅ Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with contractors and staff.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
✅ Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
✅ Relevant trade certificate or construction-related qualification advantageous.
