We are looking for a presentable and professional Administrative Assistant with exceptional telephone etiquette. The company offers a competitive salary plus Provident Fund, optional Medical Aid and a discretionary Annual Performance Bonus.
The duties will include:
- Assisting with the scheduling of appointments and managing boardroom and meeting room bookings.
- Assisting with travel arrangements.
- Assisting with purchases as needed.
- Administering Vehicle registrations, insurance, and driver traffic fines.
- General administrative duties.
- Assisting with the management of housekeeping and related services.
- Ad Hoc duties as required by management.
- Relieving the switchboard operator and Reception as needed.
Required Skills
- Receptionist: 5 to 6 years
- Switchboard: 5 to 6 years
- Ms Office: 5 to 6 years
- Clerical Work: 5 to 6 years
Candidate Requirements
The following is required:
- You must have at least matric. Relevant tertiary qualifications will be advantageous.
- You must have experience in a similar role.
- You must have intermediate computer skills and be proficient in all programs within the MS Office suite.
- You must be fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- You must have excellent writing and grammar skills.
