We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team for festive season in Durban, Umgeni. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
2. Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers
3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
4. Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels
5. Ensure store cleanliness and organization at all times
6. Assist in merchandising and displaying products
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
9. Perform opening and closing duties as required
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
5. Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
7. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
