This role supports the sales and client service function by managing day-to-day communication with customers, preparing accurate quotations, processing approved quotes into invoices, and ensuring the smooth flow of information between clients and internal departments. The position contributes to maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring efficient sales administration, and assisting management with coordinated workflow and sales reporting activities

Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12).
Diploma/certificate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (advantageous).
1–2 years’ experience in a sales or client service environment preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, advertising, or signage (advantageous).
Strong computer literacy, including MS Excel.
Experience on accounting software (advantageous).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Professional, confident, and client-focused approach.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in person.
Obtain and interpret client briefs and requirements.
Prepare and send accurate quotations.
Follow up on outstanding quotes and convert approved quotes into invoices.
Maintain up-to-date sales records and client information.
Assist with sales reporting and general administrative functions.
Coordinate with production, finance, and management to maintain smooth workflow.
Support management with general client service and sales tasks.
