Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to sell medical insurance products.
Explain policy details, answer questions, and handle objections effectively.
Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum 1-2 years of telesales experience in medical or health insurance (required).
Matric certificate / NQF Level 4
Solid understanding of medical insurance products and benefits.
Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Strong sales closing abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
